Putting aside the most common fear, namely the fear of death, I'm afraid of ants.
Jokes aside, I'm not afraid of ants in the sense that I squeal like a little girl upon sight of them, but rather that I can't stand the feel of them on me. Not one bit.
I feel one, or see one on me, I think I'm covered in them.
As all phobias, this roots from unfortunate events in my childhood. Except that it's a lot more clear cut, as to say that I've once been completely covered by ants, and from that day forward I've had, let's call them issues, with ants.
For the record, I don't have nightmare's about a mutated ant trying to eat me...

Death and everything related (war, plague, end of the world). I mean, this is it, I have 50 or so years left if I'm lucky. And there's so much stuff in the world to experience and see and feel, and I want it all. I'm the type of person that read Picture of Dorian Gray and thought, "lucky bastard."
